We are a husband and wife team! Lashonda is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA with over 10+ years in the medical and fitness field. Not only that, she’s a mom of 1 who can relate to other busy moms, post pregnancy weight loss, and finding balance through it. [Read her personal Fit Mom Success Story Here ]. Her passion & fulfillment lies in helping others discover the greatness stored up inside of them to achieve the unachievable and accomplish the un-accomplishable. She has a background education in Exercise and Sports Science with a Master of Physical Therapy degree.
Johnnie is a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Specialist with over 8+ years in the health and medical field. He has a background education in Exercise Science and Fitness Management with a Master of Health Sciences/Nutrition degree in Nutrition. He’s passionate about giving people the tools they need to change their lives. Together they have helped hundreds of people lose weight, improve their health, and rediscover the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
