No, in order to ensure that I am able to provide quality care with no restrictions I do not accept insurance. Several of my clients are able to use their FSA/HSA towards the cost of the programs and services. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to ensure proper reimbursement.
It depends on you and your needs. With both I provide self paced options but with the membership you also receive opportunities to have monthly calls with me to ask questions and receive guidance. The value of doing the individual guide, workshop, or program is that you get lifetime access so you continue to access with no time limitations. You always have the choice to do a combination of both if that is what suites your needs best.
At the current time I do not. All of my programs, consultations and services are currently online including virtual personal training, 1 on 1 consultations, education calls and more.
