The Get Your CORE Tight program is more than just a challenge to shrink your waistline. Though the title is catchy, I don’t want you to miss the underlying purpose.
This program is designed to help you build a strong foundation so that exercise and healthy eating becomes a way of LIFE. If your foundation isn’t right then your methods of losing weight, improving your strength, or improving your eating habits isn’t right. It will often result in failure or lack of results.
You may have done many of these exercises before but possibly with incorrect form therefore not seeing much change or results. I'm going to teach you how to build lean muscle, tone your body, and get stronger without causing pain.
It’s one thing to duplicate an exercise that you see demonstrated but it’s another to have a Physical Therapist and Trainer walk you through the proper form & technique to assure you are gaining the most benefit from each exercise. It will be like having me as your Personal Trainer in the comfort of your home.
